We update our collection frequently. Join our email list to get first access to new drops.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
How can I initiate a return?
Please email us at admin@cleverwayproducts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and shipping details.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for your preferred product or variant.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
What are your shipping times?
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days. A few select items may take up to 10 business days depending on availability or destination.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package through the link provided.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
